We’re excited to announce that Tasker has been accepted into Newchip’s renowned global accelerator program. Designed to provide all the skills and tools seed-stage founders need to rapidly fund, build and scale their companies. The equity-free, fully digital accelerator has helped over 1,000 founders from 35 countries raise over $300 million in funding.

“Newchip evaluates a vast number of companies from across the globe, selecting less than 7% to be part of our accelerator”, says Armando Vera Carvajal, Accelerator Director at Newchip. “This strict selection process makes us an ideal partner for investors looking for promising start-ups. On-demand talent platforms like Tasker can scale quickly with proper funding and guidance. We are excited for Tasker and believe they will do well at Newchip.”

Since our launch in 2020, we are on a mission to create a world where everyone has the professional freedom to do the work they love and has equal opportunities to become an expert in their field. Today we have grown our platform to over 9000 hardware engineers from 114 countries, 230 tech hardware companies, and have released our mobile app ‘Tasker for Engineers’ for iOS and Android.

“Being part of the Newchip Accelerator, we are looking forward to joining a growing community of successful start-ups that are really making a difference”, says Clemens van den Berghe, CEO and co-founder of Tasker. “As we’re taking our platform to the US market, our experience with Newchip will help us find the right investors who believe in our mission and can help accelerate our growth.”
